What is Life?
The quality we come to experience emotionally?

Isn't it simply a 'Do It To Ourselves
simple Math-Equasion?
Do Cognitive Behavior Therapy modalities work?
Ken, emotional maturity, freedom and cure from distress, is about the quality of how one self talks, processes everything, how we communicate, what we communicate, and chooingly learn, to habitualiy believe, about everything, our relationship with ourselves, others, and everything life presents to us.

If one goes to consult with someone, it really matters little what the other says or suggests to you, it matters most what you freely, and probably habitually have learned to 'make up' about yourself, and your relationship with everything in life. Cure from symptoms of emotional distress ultimately come from how we ourselves, personally, make sense of everything, 'Cognitively'

(And, everyone is free, ultimately, to cling to their habits,
or choose to explore, perhaps discover, embrace possibly more useful ways
of doing ourselves, each wonderful new day we awaken ourselves to.
